Southern Cross Canvas Tents |
In every Southern Cross Touring Tent, you’ll find impressive workmanship and
great ideas. They’re longer, larger and higher than other tents on the market.
The floors are heavy duty PVC vinyl with a welded floor seam. In fact, there
aren’t any sewn seams – not even for the centre pole patch. There are no eyelets
in the roof to avoid potential roof leakage or damage.
This screen will not only keep bugs out, but sand as well. The high step
keeps the interior nice and dry. These zips are heavy duty with locking runners
– and the tent’s designed so they don’t have any stress on them.
The windows are large and deep even when you’re lying inside you’ve got a great
view and you’re sheltered in UV 50 plus sun protection. The large O Rings on
each corner are for pegs to secure you to the ground.
Southern Cross tents eschew garish colours – they prefer natural shades that
complement the bush. Looks great, doesn’t it? Everything Southern Cross makes
and uses is top quality.
Accessories include a side pole kit to give you more room inside; transparent
PVC window flap for those tents with interior windows; as well as large and
small awnings – some of which can be used as a private tunnel to your vehicle.
When it’s time to move on, your Southern Cross Touring Tent will pack away as
easily and quickly as you erected it. You’ll leave the bush just as you found
it. Southern Cross Canvas is also continuing the tradition of the great
Australian swagman.
There’s nothing like the freedom of your own personal swag. Wherever you are,
whenever you’re ready, you can kip in the warm, dry comfort of your swag. For 22
years, Southern Cross Canvas, a family business, has been giving Aussies
superior quality tents, swags and all sorts of custom made canvas products.
So next time you sleep out in the bush – sleep under your very own Southern
Cross.
